The timing of using Union1100BC, 1200BC or 1500BC usually depends on the status of recycled plastic materials. It is generally recommended to use Union 1500BC or a mixture of 1500BC and 1200BC. The older the recycled materials or the more times the plastic materials are recycled, the higher the proportion of Union 1200BC is recommended. The use of Union 1100BC is recommended only for those recycled plastic materials, which are in a seriously poor condition. More concretely, these recycled plastic needed to be treated with Union1100BC would look like peeling skin or is very sticky to the surface of the machine during injection moulding and extrusion.
