UNION-1100BC 

Union-1100BC was developed in response to the enormous environmental problem with the plastic today. It is not only applicable for a wide range of plastics, but also simplifies the compounding procedure of the recycled plastics, therefore delivering an elevated economic value for your recycled materials. Furthermore, the use of Union-1100BC will deliver the recycled plastics not only satisfactory but also much more stable physical and mechanical properties over the conventional additives.

Introduction

UNION-1100 BC is a Olefin-based multifunctional modifier additive.

UNION-1100 BC works by catching free radicals and repairing broken molecular chains. Besides, it can also avoid side-effects such as fish eyes or gel. 

UNION-1100 BC can also increase lubricity when processing the products via extrusion, injection moulding, film blowing, spinning…etc.

 

Instruction

UNION-1100 BC can be widely applied for various kinds of plastics. For example, ABS, PC, PC/ABS, PC/PBT, PBT, PET, Nylon, TPR …etc.

Recommended dosage: 1~3%, 1.5% is the most recommended dosage.

Package and storage

UNION-1100 BC is available in the pellet form, packed first in the plastic bag and then with a paper bag outside. Each bag contains 25 kg of UNION-1500 BC pellets and should be stored at a cool dry place.

Introduction

UNION-1500 BC is an Olefin-based multifunctional modifier additive.

UNION-1500 BC works by catching free radicals and repairing broken molecular chains. Furthermore, it can also avoid side-effects such as fish eyes or gel during processing.

UNION-1500 BC can also increase lubricity when processing the plastic material via extrusion, injection molding, film blowing, spinning…etc.

UNION-1500 BC enables to reprocess the recycled scrap without preliminary compounding when simply mixed with recycled scrap (best with diameter <5mm). The reduced number of plastic compounding/ processing saves not only the time, energy and cost significantly but also extends the lifetime of the plastic material substantially. Namely, each time of compounding/ reprocessing of plastic materials may cause a degrading effect by the shear forces and the thermal impact.

UNION-1500 BC can not only homogenize the viscosity of recycled materials (since the origin/ viscosity of the recycled materials usually vary largely) but also lubricate them, helping a lot with the further processing of the recycled materials.

UNION-1500 BC, which is capable of minimizing the floating fiber phenomenon, can be applied for the plastic materials with low fiber contents and free of fiber.

UNION-1500 BC can increase the mechanical strength and trasnparency of recycled PET, PBT and Nylon, which largely decrease the risk of yellowing.

UNION-1500 BC can minimize the formation of silver streaks, which is resulted from the vaporization of residual water due to incomplete drying, during processing of the plastic material.

UNION-1500 BC can largely enhance the physical properties of the recycled plastic materials of high fiber contents.
