G2F Functional Coating

G2F functional coating protect everything in your daily life. G2F reagents are specifically designed copolymers, metal catalysis and nanoscience of high technology, aiming at long-term protecting any surface of different materials against water, dirt, oil, scratch, abrasion, corrosion, microorganism growth and improving the glance and transparency. Each product is designed based on the surface characteristics of the coated materials and has his/ her own extraordinary features.

 

Extraordinary Features Highlight!!

Real Long-Term Protection

G2F reagents react on the surface of different materials via strong chemical bonds (analogous to G2F and the coated material merging into one single object) and G2F contains special polymer materials, so that its protection lasts extremely long and highly heat and UV-light (sunlight) and oxidation resistant (tested at 750oC). ASTM-B368 based CASS test for 24 hours (= 8 year real environment) evidenced a loss of ca. 1% of  2.5 µm coated G2F. 

 

Real 9H Hardness & High Coating Density

G2F reagents take advantage of metal catalysis technology, allowing its hardness reach 9H and highly densed coating -> complete surface protection!

 

Extraordinarily High Coating Efficiency

G2F reagents have high coating efficiency (up to 50%), saving the material costs.

 

Fairly Simple Coating Procedure

G2F reagents have simple coating procedures, so that whole preparation can be achieved under normal circumstance and saving the preparation costs.

Coating procedures: spraying, dipping, wiping or painting

Crosslinking condition: air-dried and cured in nature or with infrared (IR) for 30 minutes with ripe time: 3-to 5 days at room temperature and low humidity

Mr. Kepeki Series  

Material to protect:

(1) Vehicle, (high speed) train, aircraft, ship, yacht (car finish, PC lamp, ABS plastic, metals, alloy wheel, tire, rubber), (2) furniture (leather sofa…etc.)

(3) Building materials (stone, roof, floor tiles, wood…etc.)

(4) WC and bathroom equipments (bath tub, toilet, wash basin, faucet…)

(5) Kitchen (sink, counter, extractor fan…etc.)

 

Functional properties delivered after coating: dust, dirt, oil and water proof (easy to clean), anti-scratch and abrasion, anti-bacterial, 8-9H hardness (depends on how well coated), highly weather–proof, highly acid, base, and organic solvent resistant, elevated glossiness and transparency (i.e. wax polishing unnecessary after coating!)

 

Each Mr. Kepeki reagent was slightly modified in order to fit specific gourps of substrate materials:

Mr. Kepeki Black is suitable for porous materials e.g. on the car finish, stone, floor tile… etc.

Mr. Kepeki White is suitable for metallic materials e.g. metal, stainless… etc

Mr. Kepeki Leather is suitable for ceramic, ABS plastic, NBR rubber, PU resin, metal, leather…etc.

Mr. Kepeki Anti-bacterial (5H or 8H available) is featured with special function against bacteria growth on the coated surface

Miss Clean Series  

Material to protect: all kinds of glass, ceramic (Mr. Clean Glass) and  fibrous materials e.g. textile and leather (Mr. Clean Leather and Fiber).

 

Functional properties delivered after coating: dust, dirt, oil and water proof (easy to clean), anti-scratch and -abrasion, anti-bacterial, elevated hardness (5-8H), highly weather–proof, highly acid, base, and organic solvent resistant, elevated glossiness and transparency and lower refractive index.

 

Each Miss Clean reagent was slightly modified in order to fit specific gourps of substrate materials:

Miss Clean Glass is suitable for all kinds of glass and ceramic materials.

Miss Clean Fibre is suitable for all kinds of fibrous materials e.g. textile and leather

 

Note: Miss Clean Fibre is designed for fibrosis materials with a fiber Filamentous structure on the surface e.g. chamois, fiber cloth and flannel, whereas Mr. Kepike Leather is more suitable for leather material with a smooth surface e.g. genuine and artifical leather

Mr. Mamori Series 

aiming at “only” increasing surface hardness and are purposely developed for protection of the car finish for the costumers from auto beauty market, who enjoy polishing their car with wax!

 

Functional properties delivered after coating: highly elevated hardness (8-9H, depending on the coating quality, Mr. Marmori itself has hardness of 9H), anti-scratch and -abrasion, highly weather–proof, highly acid, base, and organic solvent resistant, elevated glossiness and transparency and lower refractive index.

 

Additional extraordinary features:The thickness of the coating layer of Mr. Mamori Series may be increased by multiple applications (stacking).

 

Each Mr. Mamori reagent was slightly modified in order to fit specific purpose:

Mr. Mamori No-F

The thickness of the coating layer of Mr. Mamori No-F may be increased by multiple applications (stacking). When combining Mr. Mamori No-F and Mr. Mamori Wax, great water repellence and glossiness of the car finish will be provided!!

Mr. Mamori 9H

The thickness of the coating layer of Mr. Mamori 9H may be increased by multiple applications (stacking).

When combining Mr. Mamori 9H and Miss Clean Glass, additional High dust, dirt, oil and water proof (easy to clean) properties will be provided!

Mr. Release Resin  (Special Spray Paint, S.S.P.)

Mr. Release Resin will form a removable film afterwards. This film is easily removable (if you want to change the colour for example) and will not cause an damage on the original paint. In addition, regular painting for car finish is possible.

 

Possibile combination with other coating agents

If combined with PU resin together with 15% Mr. Mamori  step by step, the film will be of high hardness, transparency and toughness.

Coating Mr. Kepeki Series on the film for surface protection is also applicable, providing the film addition properties of  dust, dirt, oil and water proof (easy to clean), anti-scratch and -abrasion, anti-bacterial, elevated hardness (8-to 9H), highly weather–proof, highly acid, base, and organic solvent resistant, elevated glossiness and transparency.

Dr. Dannetsu Ceramic 

Surface coating material to accelerate heat distribution! Application for e.g. car and motorcycle exhaust pipes.

 

Special Features:

Highly heat dissipative, high thermal transfer homogeneity, 9H hardness, water and oil repellent and anti dirt (easy to clean), highly anti-scratch and abrasion, heat resistant (no damage caused during treatment with blowtorch at 1300 oC), acid, base and organic solvent resistent, thermoconductivity coefficient of 2.86 W/(m·K), thermal diffusivity of 1.261 (mm2/s), heat capacity of 2.269 (Mj/m3K)

It is possible to coat Mr. Kepeki additionaly on Dr. Dannetu Ceramic coating to maximise the dirt, water and oil repellancy and weather, acid and base resistancy, when the working temperature no more than 280oC

 

Coating Procedure:

(1) Spray, scratch and spin coating, coating rate appreximately 60%

(2) Cured at room temperature for 3 hours and aged at room temperature for 1 to-3 days

 

Appplications:

(1) High temperature environment for rapid heat radiating (e.g. vehicles): engine housing, engine turbine, water-cooling exhaust

 

Engine Performance after Coating Dr. Dannetu Ceramic on the Exhaust System:

Low temperature idle condition: the coating enables a heat isolation between the front and middle parts of the exhaust pipe, which reduces the heat loss of engine and accelerates the increment of the engine working temperature!

High temperature working condition: the coating helps with homogenisation of the temperature of front and middle parts of the exhaust pipe and the exhaust inside. Thus, the exhaust discharge will become much more smoothly. The heat in the exhaust pipe will be more rapidly released into the surrounding environment via air cooling, since the surface of the exhaust pipe largely elevated via the nano-particles coated on the surface. This special feature also leads to sshortening the heating time of the engine room and consequently increase the life of plastic and electronic accessories assembled close to the engine and increase the working efficiency of engine.

Dr. Dannetsu Ceramic Gel 

is a special water proof gel to accelerate heat distribution and cooling of the coated material! Application for e.g. PCB, metals and plastics. Multiple coating is possible.

 

Special Features:

Water proof, thermoconductivity coefficient of 2.38 W/(m·K), thermal diffusivity of 1.07 (mm2/s), heat capacity of 2.21 (Mj/m3K) and high thermal transfer homogeneity.

Coating Procedure:

(1) Coating can be done using a dispenser, coating rate appreximately 55%

(2) Cured at room temperature for one day or with slightly heating for 3 hours

 

Appplications:

Middle and low temperature environment for heat radiating (electronics industry):

Water proof applications to mobile phone, PCB plates and other metal components, as thermoconductive glue/gel, graphite paper glue/gel

Dr. Dannetsu Ceramic Gel applied to bind mobile phone mother board and graphite paper to provide water proofing andenhance the cooling efficiency
