Nylon Polyamide Masterbatch

Our R&D team owns the very unique know-how to successfully synthesise nylon (polyamide) based measterbatch,
which is still difficult today. In general, the amide functional groups in nylon (polyamide) are very reactive. Unless “exotic” pigments specifically designed for nylon are used, nylon (polyamide) usually oxidise dyes and pigments rapidly. Therefore, there are few coloured nylon (polyamide) products made from extrusion, injection moulding, spinning, blow moulding…etc.
Special features:
(1) At least 20% cheaper than other commercially available brands of nylon (polyamide) masterbatch.
(2) Dispersing quickly and evenly in the extruder and the wire drawing and moulding machines.
(3) Unlimited colour choice while made of usual commercial available pigments
(4) Colours are stable for the long term
(5) Reducing largely the customer's color masterbatch inventory due to the very high pigment content of 20-55%
(6) Green method with alsmot no environmental contamination as compared to dying

All Colour Nylon ( Polyamide) Masterbatch
The unique know-how from our R&D enables us to synthesise nylon (polyamide) masterbatch of regular colours, suitable for all kinds of polyamide applications (e.g. polyamide fluorescent yarns from our customer in central Europe). The colour appearance is stable during and after processing for long term.
​Available colours
Generally there are unlimited choices of regular colours, since our nylon (polyamide) masterbatch has overcome the problem of oxidative fading during processing and long term storage. Please refer your requested colours via e.g. pantone colour plate system (https://www.pantone.com/), more concretely the colour code and year, or send us your dream colours via post.

Fluorescent Nylon (​Polyamide) Masterbatch
The unique know-how from our R&D enables us to synthesise special polyamide fluorescent masterbatch, suitable for all kinds of polyamide applications (e.g. polyamide fluorescent yarns from our customer in central Europe). The fluorescent colour is not only stable during processing but also after processing for the long term.

​Available colours
10 colours are currently available, including pink, nova red, laser red, flame orange, blaze, stella green, magenta, strong magenta, lunar yellow and comet blue. The colour presentation is here adapted from Swada (http://www.swada.co.uk/) but only for reference.

Colour stability test
Colour changes of fluorescent pink nylon (PA66) yarn made of our masterbatch during its storage under usual environmental conditions, from 03 September 2018 (production date) until today, simply stable!

Fluorescence under UV-light in the dark
We use real fluorescent pigments with highest quality, not the fluorescent similar colours. Photos below show clearly the differences. While our fluorescent PA6 sample plates exhibited strong fluorescence (upper row), the products made of fluorescent similar colours were almost invisible in the dark (botton row).

Thermochromic Nylon (​Polyamide) Masterbatch
The unique know-how from our R&D enables us to synthesise special polyamide thermochromic and photochromic masterbatch, suitable for the polyamide processed below 220°C. The thermochromic and photochromic colour is not only stable during processing but also after processing for long term.
