Uncommon 3D Printer Filament
Uncommon 3D printer filament make your uncommon dream come true!!
Most commercially available and popular 3D printer filaments to date are made of either ABS or PLA, whereas our R&D and manufacturing interests are 3D printer filament made of specific polymer materials, providing very different functional properties.
Extraordinary features
Features out of Your Imagination
Filaments fitting certain hardness and toughness requirements are common for us! In our product list, you will find a series of filaments having memory effects.
Marvelous Colours
Feel bored with the colours available in the market? We provide filaments with specially bright and variable colours (e.g. thermochromic and photochromic colours). In addition, customising filaments in your dream colours is possible (pls. see below).
3D Printing with Supple Contours
Just following our instruction for 3D printing, annoying particles, burrs, or rough edges will become a history.
Create Your Personal Filaments
We provide opportunities to customise relatively small amounts of filaments based your requirements, allowing you experience exquisite craftsmanship with different filaments. The minimum amount of customised production is 100 kg of each colour and selected material (only for ABS, PEBAX), once you want to have filaments of your dream colour (i.e. creating your own colour possible) or/and quality of polymeric material requested (only for ABS, PEBAX). The minimum amount of customised production could become 40 to 50 kg of each colour and selected ABS material, once using the colour pigment and polymeric material (i.e. ABS, PEBAX) we have in storage.
QA & QC Meeting the Highest Standards
YuFeng, Our sister company, produce 3D filaments at the highest QA and QC standard. YuFeng is an ISO 9001 manufacture (click to see the certification). Some additional measures for QA and QC are e.g.: Diameter laser is utilised to control the extruding rate online. We record each 3D filament sample sent to the customer, allowing the customer for tracking. We will dry the 3D filament once its storage has been over 6 months.
We have own 3D printing test laboratory to ensure the printing with our 3D as smooth as possible and R&D team for trouble shooting. We have wonderful team and working atmosphere (Pls. see below).
