Coloured Glow in the Dark Spray Paint
Creating a sand painting with coloured glow in the dark pigments is the most simple application. In addition to glow in the dark pigments (100-180 µm), only glue and a good picture idea are needed. One short coming of presenting your art work in the form of sand painting could be that the pigment could fall down gradually with the time. Moreover, for a beginner, the glow in the dark pigment layer could be difficult to reach the ideal to give a perfect glow in the dark effect.
Coloured Glow in the Dark Water Colour
The excellent application of coloured glow in the dark pigments. Simply mixing coloured glow in the dark pigment and "transparent" water colour at a ratio of 1:1. Adding some water will make the mixture of water colour and glow in the dark pigment easier to paint. To give a better colour distribution, using coloured glow in the dark pigment with a particle size of 50-100 µm is recommended. Since water colour can be applied at the same place for several times to make a thick layer coating, delivering a possibility to give a excellent coloured glow in the dark effect.
Coloured Glow in the Dark Polymer Clay (FIMO)
Polymer clay is generally used for making arts and craft items, and is also used in commercial applications to make decorative parts. It is quite easy handling until curing at 110 °C. Adding coloured glow in the dark pigment (up to 30% (w/w)), the white polymer clay becomes coloured not only under daylight but also in the darkness. Polymer clay sculptures could be colourful now. Our experiments evidenced that curing at 110°C for more than 30 minutes will not change the glow in the dark property. We look forward to seeing your creations!!!

Coloured Glow in the Dark Clay Polymer
AClay polymer is composed predominately of polycaprolactone (polymorph) and is unlimitedly reformable when heated. However, due to limited formable time period (ca. 5 minutes), sculpturing using clay polymer is more challenging and skilful than polymer clay (i.e. FIMO). Clay polymer is more suitable for moulding and surface self-glossy possible. Due to the composition of clay polymer, the brightness of its glow in the dark effect is much stronger than FIMO incorporated with glow in the dark pigments.
